YOUR CULINARY EXPERIENCE
This wedding catering menu offers a variety of elegant options including plated dinners, buffets, platters, and canapés.
Buffet selections feature themed offerings such as Cheese, Veggies, Anti-pasto, Meat, and Indian, each thoughtfully composed with items like New Zealand cheeses, cured meats, pastries, seasonal vegetables, breads, and flavourful dips.
Platters cater for groups of 8–10 and mirror the buffet themes, making them ideal for grazing.
Canapés are served per person and are available in packages of four, six, or eight choices, depending on the desired length of service, ranging from one to two hours. Minimum guest numbers apply.

Introducing our stunning glass-walled RAKI Room, a magnificent space that bathes in natural light and offers the hotel’s front facade. .
This elegant venue is the ideal setting for your celebration, accommodating up to 70 guests in style.

TONGA BALLROOM
Our main event space (the Tonga room) is perfectly set up for weddings with ‘wow-factor’.
Accommodating up to 149 guests choose from a variety of layouts from banquet to cocktail depending on the style of your wedding.
Our smaller seminar room space (the Raki room) has views to the street and is suited to smaller events of up to 70 guests.
Privacy blinds allow the event to be screened from the main hotel or book this space in combination with the Tonga room for a free flowing events where guests can mingle and take over the stunning mezzanine floor.
Pamper at SOHO
SOHO Hotel is home to the Spa X SOHO (opening late 2026) making it the perfect location for a bridal shower or some pre-wedding day pampering for the happy couple and their nearest and dearest.
Nestled on the third floor, the spa features seven treatment rooms including two couples rooms, the Spa offers a range of massage and body treatments, a calming relaxation area, a sauna and onsen pool. Envelop yourself in peace and tranquillity in the heart of the hotel.
